If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days to any DiamDirect.net location country wide.
Watches in original condition (unworn and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, instructions, and warranty documents, may be returned or exchanged within 7 days at any DiamDirect.net Jewellers
Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special ordered watches and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

DiamDirect.net purchases shipped to a store may only be returned to any DiamDirect.net Jewellers store location.
If you purchased an item from DiamDirect.net and had it shipped directly to you, please send us an e-mail to stipulate your reason for return. We will then give you detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Include your packing slip and all original documentation with your merchandise (you may want to make a copy of your packing slip for yourself).
Your packing slip must accompany your return.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.
We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery charges within 3 weeks of receiving your return
